The Alaska Industrial Development Export and Authority (AIDEA) is committed to transparency and operating in accordance with the Alaska Public Records Act and the Alaska Administrative Code 2 AAC 96.

How to Make a Public Records Request

Prior to making a request, please look to see if the information is already publicly available through AIDEA’s website. If the information is not available, submit a written Public Records Request to AIDEA using the following methods:

Responding to Your Request

Once a request has been received, an AIDEA staff member will be in touch with more information. Please be advised that AIDEA has 20 working days to respond according to state statute. However, every effort will be made to get back to you as soon as possible.
