Mark Davis
Special Counsel

Mark Davis joined AIDEA as Chief Infrastructure Development Officer in 2010 and moved into his current role as Special Counsel in 2021. Prior to joining AIDEA, Mark's career has included legal and managerial positions in both federal and state government with an emphasis on economic development and finance and was in private legal practice. He has served in the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., and Anchorage and has been Deputy Commissioner at the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development (DCCED), as well as Director of the Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing; and the Director of the Division of Banking and Securities.

Mr. Davis has an undergraduate degree and a law degree from Stanford University.
