Julie A. Sande of Ketchikan is a retired health care executive and owner of Marble Construction, Marble Seafoods, White Rock Development, and Hump Island Oyster Co.
Ms. Sande was appointed to the governing board of Ketchikan General Hospital in 2006 and served in numerous roles including Chairman prior to her departure in 2019.
Ms. Sande earned a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Montana and a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern California.
Ms. Sande was primarily raised in remote logging camps of Southeast Alaska where she still enjoys spending time. She is the proud mother of Shawn Patrick and Campbell Rose.
