Board Meeting Notifications, Joining the Meeting, and Public Comment Instructions:

• To sign up for email notifications about AIDEA Board start times and return to public session from executive session, please email communications@aidea.org.
• Join the meeting:

• Public comments via phone: Members of the public will have an opportunity to provide a verbal comment (two minutes per person, for one hour) during Public Comments. Instructions:
  • Please identify yourself and make your public comments.
  • When an individual is unmuted, you will hear, “It is now your turn to speak.”
  • We will unmute callers individually in the order the calls were received.
  • After board roll call and agenda approval, we will ask callers to press *9 on their phones if they wish to make a public comment. This will initiate the hand-raising function.
  • ​When you call in, you will enter the teleconference muted.
• Written comments: For members of the public who wish to provide written comments, please email your comments to communications@aidea.org no later than 4:00 PM the day before the meeting so they can be shared with the Board Members prior to the Board Meeting.
