OREO refers to Other Real Estate Owned or, as in the case of AIDEA, this term refers to certain assets that AIDEA has acquired through foreclosure or other means and are now for sale to the general public. These properties are either owned jointly with a financial institution or owned 100% by AIDEA.
AIDEA does not possess any OREO properties at this time.
