Executive Director.
Ms Fisher-Goad was appointed to this position in February 2011.
Ms. Fisher-Goad has been employed with the Authority since November 2000. Before she was named Deputy Director – Operations, Ms. Fisher-Goad worked as financial analyst and acted as legislative liaison coordinating annual budget submissions to the Legislature.
Prior to joining the Authority, Ms. Fisher-Goad worked as a project manager for Springsted Incorporated an independent financial advisory firm in St. Paul, Minnesota. At Springsted, Ms. Fisher-Goad structured bond issues for municipal clients.
Ms. Fisher-Goad received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Master of Business Administration from University of Alaska Anchorage.

Deputy Director-Alternative Energy and Energy Efficiency.
Mr. Crimp was appointed to this position in October 2010. In this role he oversees staff responsible for managing the State’s biomass, combined heat and power, energy efficiency and conservation, geothermal, hydroelectric, ocean and river, and wind energy programs, as well as the Alaska Renewable Energy and Emerging Energy Technology funds. Before joining AEA in 1993, Mr. Crimp worked for the Alaska Department of Natural Resources Coastal Management Program as a forester and project manager.
Mr. Crimp received bachelor degree in biology from Brown University and a Master of Science degree in forest science from the University of Washington.

Deputy Director-Operations.
Linda MacMillan was appointed Deputy Director of Operations in June, 2011. Her responsibilities include management of the Authority’s information technology system and grants administration. Ms. MacMillan has been employed with the Authority since June, 2002; in her previous position of financial system analyst she was lead manager to design and implement the Authority’s enterprise database system. She was primarily responsible for preparing Alaska Energy Authority audited financial statements and federal single audit, and was the budget analyst for the Bradley Lake Hydroelectric project. Prior to joining the Authority, Ms. MacMillan was employed as the accounting manager for Anchorage International Airport for 8 years and for an international certified public accounting firm for five years.
Ms. MacMillan is a Certified Public Accountant. She received a degree in business with emphasis in accounting from University of Alaska, Anchorage and a degree in sociology with emphasis in social work from Seattle Pacific University. |

Deputy Director-Rural Energy.
Ms. Moller was appointed to this position in June 2011. Her responsibilities include management of the Authority’s programs affecting rural Alaska power systems including training.
Prior to joining the Authority, Ms. Moller was the Project Manager–Real Estate at Cook Inlet Region Inc. Her responsibilities included all aspects of commercial real estate development with an emphasis in construction. Previously, she was with the Aleut Enterprise LLC for eleven years as its President/CEO with primary responsibility of economic development and fuel acquisition and oversight of terminal operations.
Ms. Moller is a life-long Alaskan and a registered Professional Engineer. She received her degree from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks in Civil Engineering.

Deputy Director-Finance.
Ms. Walker was appointed to this position in 1987. Her responsibilities include accounting, budgeting, investments, purchasing, personnel and data processing. Prior to joining the Authority, Ms. Walker was employed in the finance division of an Alaskan commercial bank for five years and for an international certified public accounting firm for seven years.
Ms. Walker is a Certified Public Accountant and received a degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
