The Alaska Energy Authority will be distributing $5,180,490 of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funding to up to 142 eligible Alaska cities in the first half of 2010.  The information below is intended to provide an introduction to eligible cities and other members of the public about the grant program as it develops.

Pre-Application Survey

The online voluntary pre-applicaton survey period closed January 15, 2010.

Grant Application

Status: Grant application period not yet opened.

When the grant application period is opened, an email will be sent to each eligible city or borough’s designated contact.  If no contact was provided in the pre-application survey, the application announcement will be emailed to the Mayor’s office.  All application materials will be posted on this page during the application period.  The application period will be open for approximately 30 days.
