Draft REGA Report and Organizational Cost Model

TO: All Interested Railbelt Stakeholders

Below is the Black & Veatch REGA Study Draft Report for your review and comment.

In addition, we have posted Black & Veatch's Organizational Cost Model, which provides detailed background information (i.e., input assumptions and results) regarding their projections of power cost savings, organizational costs, and net savings for each Organizational Plan and Evaluation Scenario.  This model is described on pages 35-37 of the Draft Report.

Black & Veatch and AEA welcome your comments on this Draft Report and the Organizational Cost Model as part of the public participation process which has been an integral part of this project.  In making your comments, please:

    • Comment period has been extended one week.
      Please provide your comments by Tuesday, August 26th.
    • Provide comments directly to:

The REGA Advisory Working Group will meet after the public comment period to consider all comments and provide input to Black & Veatch and AEA regarding changes that should be made, additional analysis that should be completed, etc.  Your comments will also become part of the public record related to this project.
